What we did
- Designed a calm, readable custom theme with a table of contents, key facts boxes and warning callouts
- Built interactive tools, including a genotype compatibility calculator and a childhood immunisation planner with calendar download
- Set up medical review labels, FAQ and article markup, and an A–Z index of all guides
- Scheduled publishing of new guides three times a week
- Fixed layout shift and performance issues for fast loading on mobile
- Cleaned and hardened the site after a malware attack
