How we reviewed this phone: WebBuild Tech has not tested the Google Pixel 11 Pro ourselves. This review brings together the published specifications and the findings of GSMArena’s full hands-on review, which included lab tests of the battery, display and cameras. Opinions below are attributed to that testing. Prices and availability in Nigeria vary, so check with authorised retailers.
The Pixel 11 Pro packs nearly all the hardware of the larger Pixel 11 Pro XL into a 6.3-inch body. It went on sale on 20 August 2026 with the new Tensor G6 chip and now starts at 256GB of storage.
According to GSMArena, the base 12GB/256GB model costs $1,100 in the US and €999 in Europe.
Quick verdict
GSMArena calls it “the best version yet of Google’s compact flagship formula”, with battery life finally on par with Samsung and Apple. But it still makes hardware compromises for flagship money, so it makes the most sense for people who specifically want the Pixel experience.

- Class-leading maximum display brightness and a new scratch-resistant coating
- Battery life now matches Samsung and Apple
- Faster 25W magnetic wireless charging, with built-in magnets for MagSafe-style accessories
- Android 17 with Pixel-exclusive features and seven years of updates
- Very good camera quality across the board, plus satellite SOS
What could be better
- Heavy for its size and battery capacity
- Wired charging is still one of the slowest around
- No improvement in graphics performance
- Telephoto cannot focus close up, and its video stabilisation could be better
- Base model drops to 12GB of RAM from 16GB last year
- The new HiLight feature on the back has very limited use
Cameras
The reviewers found very good photos and video from every camera, but said the Pixel no longer leads the industry: there is no good option for close-ups and rival phones offer more versatile hardware.
Alternatives to consider
In Europe, GSMArena suggests the Samsung Galaxy S26 (around €300 cheaper), the vivo X300 and the Xiaomi 17, which offer longer battery life, faster charging and more performance.
Who should buy it
Buy it if Google’s software, camera processing, magnetic accessories and long-term updates matter most to you. If not, the reviewers say there are better-equipped phones for the money.

Buying tips for Nigeria
- Buy from an authorised dealer or the brand’s official store so you get a valid local warranty.
- Dial *#06# and make sure the IMEI matches the box. See our guide on how to check a phone is original.
- Imported units may not support every Nigerian network band or come with warranty support here, so confirm before paying.
